This is an aluminum laser cut Control Arm designed originally for the ODOM "One Design One Meter" Class . This Control Arm is designed for use with a 180 degree swing sail servo.The control arm features asymetric arms to allow for the correct sheet travel for both Jib and Main sheets.
The assembly includes an adapter plate for Hitec Servos that utilize a c1 spline. This part is manufactured in the United States and can be used for US1M designs as well as the ODOM.

Nice product- a little pricey IMHO

This is a high-tech solution to a low-tech problem. I normally use just plain plywood. or basswood, since these have very little stress on them. Applications are mainly Soling 1 Meters.
But, I decided to spring for this because it IS very well done, and will be the envy of the guys at the pond.
Do I NEED it? No. but I like it!!!
